The Agritourism Farm “Podere Casenove” is nestled in the green hills of Upper Umbria, near some of the most desirable tourist spots in Umbria, Tuscany, Marche, and Romagna. Positioned on a hill at 330 meters above sea level, it offers a breathtaking view of the entire Upper Tiber Valley. Located in Citerna, a town with ancient Etruscan origins and a history of dense population during Roman times, this location was once described by Pliny the Younger as, “You would experience great pleasure gazing over this region from the hilltops: it would appear, not as land, but as a painting of unbelievable artistry.”

Our accommodation is surrounded by a large, fully enclosed green area with a garden, two swimming pools (an adult pool of 12×6 meters and a children’s pool of 4×3 meters), parking, and a covered area for motorbikes or bicycles.
